A concrete (cast stone) bench designed as a landscape element. The idea was a very common dream about waved surfaces such as water, dunes or magic carpets….. The participation of the craftsman was a key solution in achieving a form that could satisfy both the aesthetic quality of a natural wave surface and the comfort provided by ergonomics. The piece reflects the special relationship in Catalonia between industry and a new sense of culture exemplified by the Modernismo Art Nouveau movement.
